Summary of American Spas limited warranty coverage:

No coverage for freight damage, improper installation, or failure due to poor water chemistry or maintenance.
The warranty excludes insulating covers, aftermarket components, and costs of accessing parts for service.
Owner is responsible for shipping costs for replacement parts and any travel/mileage charges for service.
The warranty begins at delivery (or no later than one year after manufacture).

Disclaimers:

The manufacturer’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the spa.
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, removal, or reinstallation).
All warranty service must be performed by American Spas or an authorized representative.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Valid only for products purchased and located in the continental United States and Canada.

Summary of the Vintage Gas Grill Warranty (Residential Use Only):

Warranty Period	Coverage Details
2 Years (Limited)	Outdoor gas grills and all component parts against defective materials or workmanship under normal residential use. Painted or cosmetic parts covered for only 30 days (defects must be reported within 30 days).
5 Years (Limited)	Infrared burners, stainless steel briquette trays, and drip pans against defective materials or workmanship. Owner responsible for labor and other costs.
Lifetime (Limited)	U-burners, grates, and stainless steel body housings/parts (excluding items above) against rust-through due to defective materials or workmanship. Owner pays all other costs.
Warranty Scope	Manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts at its option. Cosmetic part replacement may be denied if no cover is used or maintenance neglected.
Limitations	Valid only for original purchaser in U.S. or Canada; non-transferable. Proof of purchase (sales slip or registration) required. Proper installation, maintenance, and care are owner’s responsibility.
Exclusions	No coverage for abuse, misuse, flare-ups, natural disasters, improper installation/operation, corrosion, scratches, discoloration, accidents, or service by unauthorized providers. Display models sold “as-is” with limited coverage.
Conditions	Warranty limited to replacement of defective parts only; owner responsible for labor, travel, and related costs. Travel fee may apply if service is >50 miles from nearest authorized provider.
Non-Refundable	Warranty is non-refundable.
Legal Rights	If defect cannot be remedied after reasonable attempts, owner is entitled to refund or replacement. Liability limited to cost of defective product/part. Rights may vary by state/province.
