Order Confirmation

Immediate confirmation. When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. Your payment method is pre‑authorized for the amount of the order.
Fast & Free Shipping
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders above $299 (after discounts, before tax) to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. All orders of $299 or less are charged a flat rate shipping of $14.95
Processing & Lead Times

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day. Orders after this cut-off may begin processing the following business day. -
Handling Time:
In-stock items typically depart the warehouse within 1–2 business days. -
Transit Time:
Estimated carrier delivery ranges from 6–12 business days, depending on location and carrier service level. -
Total Delivery Time:
Most in-stock orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the time of order.- Note: Orders may ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate deliveries.
White‑Glove / Inside Delivery
Where available, inside delivery, room‑of‑choice, stairs, debris haul‑away, and assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Contact us before delivery for a quote.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting (24 Hours)
Please follow these steps to protect your order and speed up resolutions:

Inspect the packaging on arrival. Photograph the shipment before accepting—even if it looks fine.

Open and check contents while the driver is present whenever possible.

Note problems on the receipt: If you cannot fully inspect, write “Subject to concealed damage.” If you see issues, write “Damaged” with specifics.

Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery:

Signing a delivery receipt without any notation indicates the freight was received in good condition and may limit claim options. Time‑stamped photos and detailed notes are the fastest path to a replacement/solution.
Address Changes, Re‑Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

Reconsignment/redirects after shipment, missed appointments, or inaccessible locations may incur carrier fees if applicable.
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable or due to a missed appointment, the order may be processed as a return under 14 and may be subject to outbound and return freight plus applicable fees.

If a package is delivered to the address we were provided and appears lost or stolen, we’ll open a carrier claim; resolution may take up to 10 business days.
Carriers, Methods & Our Discretion
- Once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot change the address, expedite beyond available options, or guarantee delivery dates.

Parcel: Delivered to your door; no signature/appointment required in most areas.

Adult signature is generally required.

Delivery appointments are set by the carrier (common windows are 3–4 hours, Mon–Fri).

Missed appointments / storage fees: Carriers may charge re‑delivery or storage. These fees must be paid before re‑delivery. If delivery is not rescheduled within 2 business days, freight may be returned to us and treated under our Return Policy.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & APO/FPO

We can ship select small parcel items to AK/HI/U.S. territories/APO/FPO with an individual shipping quote; these orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipments to AK/HI/PR/U.S. territories/APO/FPO, remote or limited‑access locations, white‑glove/inside delivery, assembly, and any brand or factory‑specific freight surcharges. Must call customer service for quote of prices for these specialized deliveries at (954) 504-5310 or email us at sales@ANJappliances.com

APO/FPO shipments are subject to USPS size/weight/content restrictions and may require extra transit time or fees. If an item cannot ship to your APO/FPO address, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
International & Freight Forwarders

We do not ship freight items internationally or outside the contiguous U.S.

We can ship to your U.S. based freight forwarder. You’re responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and coordination from the forwarder to the destination.
Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other events beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated and help track your shipment. Orders shipped on time aren’t eligible for refunds if delivery takes longer than your preferred date.
Returns, Refusals & RMA

Returns must follow our Return Policy (RMA required, return windows, condition of packaging, restocking, and freight rules).

Refusals for reasons other than verified carrier damage or our error may incur return freight and restocking.

If freight is returned because the carrier could not reach you or an appointment was missed, the order may be treated as a return with applicable fees.

Installation Timing Guidance
Please schedule installation after your order arrives and has been fully inspected. This helps avoid contractor trip charges if shipping damage or shortages must be addressed first.
