At ANJ Appliances (ANJ Appliances & Outdoor Living) we work hard to offer the best pricing across our catalog. If you find the exact same item at a lower publicly‑advertised price from an eligible competitor, we’ll match the price or refund the difference—so you can buy with confidence.

Heads up: Our price match uses your delivered price (item price plus required shipping/delivery fees to your address) for an apples‑to‑apples comparison.


How to Request a Price Match

Online or by phone:

  1. Email sales@ANJappliances.com or call (954) 504‑5310.

  2. Share the URL/quote showing the lower price, your order number (if already purchased), and your shipping ZIP.

  3. We’ll verify eligibility and confirm the adjusted price or refund options.

Timing:

  • Post‑purchase adjustments: Request within 5 days of your ANJ purchase (refund of the difference to your original payment or store credit).

  • Pre‑purchase requests: Contact us before buying; we’ll do our best to match in advance, subject to the same rules below.


What Qualifies (Eligibility Criteria)

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

  • Same item: identical brand, model/SKU, configuration, finish/color, and warranty—new, unopened, current‑model merchandise.

  • In stock: available for immediate shipment by the competitor (no preorders, backorders, or special buys).

  • Publicly advertised price: shown openly on the competitor’s site (visible before adding to cart or logging in) or on a dated written quote.

  • Authorized internet reseller: competitor must be an authorized online dealer for the brand.

  • U.S. only: competitor must ship to the U.S. from within the U.S.

  • Delivered price basis: we compare the competitor’s item price + required shipping/delivery fees to your address.

We reserve the right to independently verify competitor pricing and stock status before approving a match.


Not Eligible (Common Exclusions)

  • Sale/promo items: items on sale, with coupon codes, promotional bundles, free‑gift offers, rebates, financing offers, cash‑back, or loyalty/member pricing.

  • Non‑authorized or marketplace sellers: Amazon/eBay/Walmart/Wayfair marketplace third‑party sellers, auction sites, classifieds, wholesalers, or membership warehouses (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club).

  • Brick‑and‑mortar only quotes and local services (installation/delivery pricing, contractor bids).

  • Open‑box, refurbished, used, floor models, clearance/closeout, limited‑quantity, misprints/pricing errors, daily deals/flash sales, and holiday doorbusters.

  • Custom, special‑order, or made‑to‑order configurations.

  • Brand exceptions: Certain brands and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP/IMAP) policies limit or prohibit price matching and/or require “store‑to‑store” or “website‑to‑website” parity only. Brand exclusions may apply and are subject to change—contact us for current details.


After We Approve the Match

  • Pre‑purchase: we’ll apply the matched price to your order.

  • Post‑purchase (within 5 days): we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method or issue store credit (per your preference).

Limits: One price match per identical item per customer. Price matches cannot be combined with other ANJ discounts, coupons, financing incentives, bundles, or offers.
