This policy explains how orders placed with ANJ Appliances (ANJ Appliances & Outdoor Living) are processed and delivered. Unless stated otherwise, it applies to shipments within the United States.
1) Order Confirmation & Stock Status
Immediate confirmation. When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. Your payment method is pre‑authorized for the amount of the order.
Stock verification. Once we confirm an item is in stock, we capture payment and begin fulfillment. We typically ship within 2–5 business days after stock confirmation.
Backorders / unavailable items. If any item is on backorder or unavailable, we’ll contact you so you can decide if you want to wait or you will have the option to cancel at no charge. Most items are in stock, but backorder timing varies by brand and demand.
7‑day authorization rule. We can hold a card authorization for up to 7 days. If you choose to wait for a backorder, we’ll charge your card when you confirm that choice. If we don’t receive your decision within 7 days, or we cannot capture payment within 7 days, the order may auto‑cancel.
2) Fast & Free Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)
We offer Free Shipping on Standard Ground or Freight only items onmerchandise subtotals of $299+ (after discounts, before tax) to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Typical delivery windows for free ground shipping are 2–10 business days from ship date; exact dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
Exclusions: hazardous materials, shipments to AK/HI/PR/U.S. territories/APO/FPO, remote or limited‑access locations, white‑glove/inside delivery, assembly, and any brand or factory‑specific freight surcharges. Must call customer service for quote of prices for these specialized deliveries at(954) 504-5310 or email us at sales@ANJappliances.com.
For freight shipments sent via standard shipping, service includes curbside delivery and liftgate where available.
3) Processing & Lead Times
In‑stock items: usually depart the warehouse in 1–3 business days after payment capture.
Custom‑made brands (examples: Fire Magic, Videl USA, Broilmaster, American Outdoor Grill, American Spas):
In warehouse: ship in 24–48 hours; typical arrival within 7–14 days.
Made to order: allow about 2-3 weeks for production plus ~1-2 weeks transit (~ 4-5 weeks total, location dependent).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Orders may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate deliveries.
4) Carriers, Methods & Our Discretion
We reserve the right to choose the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, R+L, Estes, SAIA) and service level for standard shipping.
Once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot change the address, expedite beyond available options, or guarantee delivery dates.
5) Parcel vs. Freight (LTL) Deliveries
Parcel (typically < 62 lbs): Delivered to your door; no signature/appointment required in most areas.
Freight/LTL (large/heavy items on a pallet):
Curbside delivery to the end of the driveway; movement from curb to final location is your responsibility.
Adult signature is generally required.
Delivery appointments are set by the carrier (common windows are 3–4 hours, Mon–Fri).
Missed appointments / storage fees: Carriers may charge re‑delivery or storage. These fees must be paid before re‑delivery. If delivery is not rescheduled within 2 business days, freight may be returned to us and treated under our Return Policy (see §14).
Helpers recommended: Have one totwo helpers available to move heavy items depending on size and weight of the product.
Inside/room‑of‑choice/assembly are not included unless purchased (contact us before ordering to get a quote for the extra service)
Signing a delivery receipt without any notation indicates the freight was received in good condition and may limit claim options. Time‑stamped photos and detailed notes are the fastest path to a replacement/solution.
7) Tracking & Notifications
We’ll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking link within 1 business day of your order leaving the warehouse.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact sales@ANJappliances.com with your order number.
Please monitor the carrier’s tracking and contact us if anything appears off so we can help.
8) Remote / Limited‑Access Locations
Remote, island, hard‑to‑reach, or limited‑access addresses (e.g., narrow/winding or unpaved roads, gated communities, rooftop condos, restricted delivery zones) may require additional carrier fees and more transit time. If you anticipate access challenges, tell us at checkout or immediately after ordering so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Reconsignment/redirects after shipment, missed appointments, or inaccessible locations may incur carrier fees if applicable.
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable or due to a missed appointment, the order may be processed as a return under §14 and may be subject to outbound and return freight plus applicable fees.
If a package is delivered to the address we were provided and appears lost or stolen, we’ll open a carrier claim; resolution may take up to 10 business days.
10) Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & APO/FPO
We can ship select small parcel items to AK/HI/U.S. territories/APO/FPO with an individual shipping quote; these orders are not eligible for free shipping.
APO/FPO shipments are subject to USPS size/weight/content restrictions and may require extra transit time or fees. If an item cannot ship to your APO/FPO address, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
11) International & Freight Forwarders
We do not ship freight items internationally or outside the contiguous U.S.
We can ship to your U.S.‑based freight forwarder. You’re responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and coordination from the forwarder to the destination.
12) White‑Glove / Inside Delivery (Optional)
Where available, inside delivery, room‑of‑choice, stairs, debris haul‑away, and assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Availability varies by carrier and location, contact us before delivery for a quote.
13) Delays & Force Majeure
Carrier capacity, severe weather, peak holiday volumes, supply‑chain disruptions, and events beyond our control may delay processing or delivery. We’ll provide updates and assist with tracking using information available from the carrier. Refunds are not issued for deliveries that arrive later than a preferred date when shipped within stated timeframes.
14) Returns, Refusals & RMA
Returns must follow our Return Policy (RMA required, return windows, condition of packaging, restocking, and freight rules).
Refusals for reasons other than verified carrier damage or our error may incur return freight and restocking.
If freight is returned because the carrier could not reach you or an appointment was missed, the order may be treated as a return with applicable fees.
Please schedule installation after your order arrives and has been fully inspected. This helps avoid contractor trip charges if shipping damage or shortages must be addressed first.

Prepare for curbside delivery—have 2 helpers ready for heavy items.

At ANJ Appliances (ANJ Appliances & Outdoor Living) we know things happen—that’s why we offer a 30‑Day No‑Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If you need to return an item for any reason within 30 days of delivery, you can do so by paying return shipping and any applicable restocking fee (see below). All returns require authorization (RMA).
Install after inspection. Please schedule installation only after your items arrive and you’ve fully inspected them.
1) Return Eligibility & Window (30 Days)
You may return new, unused, unassembled products in like‑new condition with all original inner/outer packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must have an RMA issued by ANJ Appliances. Items returned without authorization, without original packaging, or outside 30 days may be refused or assessed additional handling.
Not Eligible for Return
Items that are used, installed, assembled, fueled, or show wear.
Custom‑made, special‑order, or made‑to‑order items once in production.
Items marked non‑returnable, clearance, or warehouse deals on the product page.
Requests made after 30 days from delivery.
2) Restocking Fees (Condition‑Based)
Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (assessed after inspection, based on condition and completeness).
If a product shows visible wear/use or is missing parts/packaging such that it cannot be re‑sold as “new,” it will be classified as refurbished and a 40% restocking fee will apply.
Any services (expedited shipping, white‑glove, assembly, appointment, accessorials) are non‑refundable.
For standard returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
We also deduct our original outbound shipping cost from refunds on orders that initially shipped free.
If a shipment is refused for reasons other than verified carrier damage or our error, return freight and restocking will apply.
4) How to Start a Return (RMA)
Request authorization within 30 days of delivery:
Email Sales@anjappliances.com with your order #, item(s), reason, and photos (outer/inner packaging and item).
Or call (954) 504‑5310 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET).
We’ll send your RMA, instructions, and (if applicable) a prepaid label or Bill of Lading (BOL) for freight.
Ship back within 30 days of RMA approval.
Freight returns: before authorization, provide a quick photo of the product securely repacked and palletized (helps protect against damage on the way back).
Pack carefully in original inner/outer cartons with all parts and manuals. Damage from inadequate repacking may reduce or deny refunds.
Do not send returns to our office without an RMA. Return addresses vary by brand/warehouse.
5) Damages on Products (On Arrival)
If your order arrives damaged, you can choose a replacementor a full refund—we’ll cover related shipping—provided:
You report damage within 24 hours of delivery and
You note the damage on the freight delivery receipt before signing (see scripting below).
How to report damage (within 24 hours):
Take photos of the damaged item(s) and outer carton/pallet with the shipping label visible.
Email sales@ANJappliances.com with photos and your order #.
If you see visible damage at delivery, either refuse the shipment or write “Damaged” on the receipt before signing. If you cannot fully inspect, write “Subject to concealed damage” and sign.
Important: Please do not sign the delivery slip until you have inspected packaging. If the receipt has no damage notation or damage is reported after 24 hours, ANJ may not be responsible for replacement or repair.
6) Missing Items (Shortages)
Please notify sales@ANJappliances.com within 24 hours of delivery if items or parts are missing. Include photos of the open box and packing materials.
7) Lost Packages (Carrier Shows “Delivered”)
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the item, notify us within 2–5 days of the carrier’s Delivered scan. We’ll open a carrier claim. Reports after 5 days fall outside our claim window and ANJ will not be responsible for missing claims after that timeframe.
8) Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Let us know during the RMA request. Exchanges follow the same eligibility/packaging rules; price differences and shipping may apply.
9) Defective Items & Manufacturer Warranties
Most products include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. We’ll assist you through that process.
To start a warranty claim:
Confirm you are within the warranty period.
Provide serial number(s), a description of the issue, and photos/video.
Our team may troubleshoot to confirm a defect; we’ll file with the manufacturer.
Remedies & timing:
The manufacturer decides the remedy (parts, repair, replacement) and timeline. Some items/parts may need to be returned for quality review.
Labor, trip charges, and project delays are not reimbursed by ANJ or most manufacturers.
Out‑of‑warranty:
We can often source replacement parts or a replacement unit for purchase (availability not guaranteed for discontinued items).
10) Freight Return Packaging & Pickup
Freight returns are curbside pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Items must be fully repacked in original inner/outer cartons, securely strapped and palletized.
We’ll provide a BOL and pickup window; missed pickups may incur carrier fees.
11) Custom Orders (Final Sale)
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Because these products are made to your specifications, they cannot be re‑stocked or re‑sold as new. Please review all custom details carefully before ordering.
12) Your Own Carriers / Freight Forwarders
If you choose to use your own carrier or export via a freight forwarder, ANJ is not responsible for damage, defects, loss, or delays after we deliver to your carrier. We cannot provide replacements or refunds for items shipped on your own account, and ANJ should not be listed on export documentation.
13) Refund Timing & Method
After your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting time varies by bank and payment type—typically 3 days to 2 weeks from the refund issuance date.
